Gloria Campioni, a guest PhD researcher from the group of prof Vanoni at the University of Milano-Bicocca arrived yesterday to Bergen.
She is now in quarantine for 10 days. Gloria’s research group in Italy performs molecular and computational systems biology studies of metabolism in breast cancer.
She will be with us for 3 months to learn how to generate in vitro 3D multi-cellular breast cancer models and to study the effect of fibroblasts on the metabolic rewiring of resistance pathways in breast cancer.
